Just Not On...
In 2016 we were disappointed to see a photo of one of our cats Rudy sitting in his Tomcat being displayed on Cat Tree UK’s Facebook profile page - we wrote to the owners of Cat Tree UK at the time & asked for the image to be removed as it had been used without our consent.
Nine years later we are amazed to find ourselves again having to contact the owners of Cat Tree UK as they have used our product imagery for the second time on their website homepage & Facebook profile despite knowing that they have never sold our products, don’t have any association or affiliation with us nor our permission to use our photos - the imagery in question is a bleached coir Tomcat with Peep hole that was used as our home page, which has been cropped & flipped as a back drop & used to promote their brand.
We will write to the owners of Cat Tree UK & let you know how they respond - again we would like to make it clear that we only sell direct so if you do see our products on a retail website or shopping channel please get in touch.
